Gorma Tribe
The theoritical head of the Gorba Tribe was Emperor Gorma XV.
In actual practice
however Gorma was run by its military leaders Lt. Colonel Shadam, Lt.
Colonel Gara and Major Zydos. Shadam schemed to make himself Empero
Gorma XVI. Gara was another Dai Tribe memeber who turned traitor and
joined the Gorma Tribe. Zydos was the strongest (and least intelligent)
of the three.
Akomura (episodes
17-22, 28, 31, 37, 42-44) is half Gorma and half Dai. His father is
Shadam. His mother a mysterious Dai woman. Akomura is the evil brother
of Koushinsei, Kou the Fang Ranger. Akomura hates his father, mother and
brother. He wants to replace his father as the Gorma military leader.
He hunts for his missing brother because he knows Kou is destined to
become the Fang Ranger and wants to turn the Fang Ranger to his side.
Motoba, Jin (episodes
26-28, 35, 39, 47, 48) was not originally a member of the Gorma Tribe,
but just a human assassin who uses martial arts to kill his victims. He
joined Gorma as Demon Boxer Jin. After he was defeated by Ryo,
Tenkasei; Zydos turned Jin into the monster Garouki, the Hungry Wolf
Devil.
