Kilt
Kilt is an evil man who acts as advisor to Rankha/Princess Cobra. While Princess Cobra is theoritically in charge it's Kilt and Marie who carry out most of King Cobra's plans for turning humans into Zensei Majin.
Kilt is in episodes 14-21, 24, 25.
Kilt is really Onikabuton, the Zensei Majin healer. He's not a great warrior, survives for so long because he runs away. Onikabuton is finally destroyed in episode 25.
