Marie
Marie replaces Shugoku, although she has less authority because of the presence of Princess Cobra and Onikabuton. Marie is actually more wicked than Rankha. While Princess Cobra is theoritically in charge it's Kilt and Marie who carry out most of King Cobra's plans for turning humans into Zensei Majin. Marie looks like a gypsie fortuneteller. She has very sharp, very strong, black fingernails which she uses like claws. Marie is in episodes 16, 17, 19 and 23.
Marie it turns out is another Kero Cat, the last one in fact. She doesn't last long in combat with Diamond Eye in episode 23, probably because she made him angry when she tried to blow him up with nitro-glycerin.
