Mister K
Mister K is addressed with the English word "Boss" and his commands are obeyed with "Yes, sir." Other English phrases are used as well.
Mister K travels from China to Japan in his own submarine. He and the Shine Shine Dan were extremly wealthy.
Mister K's hatred of Rainbowman is increased when in a fight with him Mr. K loses a hand.
On occasion Mr. K disguises himself by changing his hair and mustache to black and wearing a fake beard. Other times he hides his face behind a mask.
Mister K was a very demanding boss, if one of his agents failed too often, or was about to be captured by the police, he executed them with a device that vaporized them. There was no place they could hide from this device, distance did not seem to be a factor.
