12. The Ruthless
Sorceress Silver Cat
Professor Gil calls Silver Cat forth and sends her to a
museum to get the Secret Treasure of Munga, which he needs to make more
androids. Silver Cat takes possession of Yoko, the curator's daughter.
Masaru and Mitsuko are at the museum looking for their father. The
curator tells them the secret is in the gem.
The daughter comes in
and wants the treasure. Mitsuko sees the shadow of Silver Cat on the
wall! She grabs the gem and Mitsuko and Masaru as well as they are a
trap for Kikaida. It works well, as Jiro shows up immediately! The
fight is on, and as Jiro tries to change, Gil plays the flute. The
Androids set a bomb to explode, but one of the guards revives and sets
off the alarm, which blocks out the sound of the flute. Kikaida chases
Silver Cat away, and gets rid of the bomb as well. Jiro, Masaru and
Mitsuko take the treasure to a cave. Mitsuko wants to fix the
conscience circuit, but Jiro won't let her. Hanpei changes his car's
tire, and then sees a beautiful woman who wants a lift. Unknown to him,
Professor Komyoji has tried to sneak in, but has to leave. She shows up
at the cave and wants the treasure. Hanpei helps them out, then Kikaida
shows up and the final fight begins! Silver Cat attacks with "Cat Fire"
but Kikaida just bats it away. He destroys Silver Cat, and then Jiro
zooms off with Masaru, Mitsuko and Hanpei in pursuit. Mitsuko finds her
pen in Hanpei's car. Jiro drives away.
Notes: Silver
Cat is the first female android sent out. Gil's no art lover, he tells
Silver Cat she can destroy the rest of the art. Both Jiro and Silver
Cat use his guitar as a weapon, and the El Kabong sound is heard. The
bomb they set looks great, like a mine from the sea. Silver Cat whines
a lot. There is much silliness when Hanpei picks up Silver Cat in her
human form. The final fight scene has some great stunts and fights in
it. Seeing Kikaida block the fire balls with his hands is very cool. A
final question- what happened to the treasure?
